A National Movement Built to Save More Lives

About Saved Paws

Saved Paws was created from a simple belief: dogs and cats should not lose their lives merely because the systems around them lack space, funding, coordination, or preventive resources.

The organization is being developed to connect awareness with action — bringing together citizens, shelters, veterinarians, lawmakers, businesses, volunteers, public figures, landowners, and community leaders.

Saved Paws is currently in formation. Programs, partnerships, fundraising systems, and nonprofit status are being developed and will be announced as they are formally established.

Our Mission

Saved Paws exists to help end the unnecessary euthanasia of dogs and cats in the United States through public awareness, legislative action, spay and neuter access, community partnerships, placement programs, volunteer mobilization, and long-term sanctuary development.

Our Vision

A country where every dog and cat is given every reasonable chance to live — supported by coordinated national resources rather than left to any one shelter or community to solve alone.

Our Values

  • Compassion — every decision starts with the wellbeing of the animal.
  • Accountability — we say what we are doing, what we plan to do, and what we have not yet done.
  • Collaboration — this problem is solved with partners, not around them.
  • Prevention — the most effective solutions stop animals from entering crisis in the first place.
  • Transparency — our legal status, programs, and progress are described accurately at every stage.
  • Safety — every program, placement, and partnership is built with professional oversight.
  • Sustainable impact — we build for long-term results, not short-term attention.

Our Current Status

Saved Paws is an animal-welfare organization currently in formation. It has not yet been recognized by the IRS as a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization, and tax-deductible monetary donations are not currently being accepted. Updates on legal status, leadership, and financial transparency will be published here as they are formally confirmed.
