The Agreement

1. The campaign. Last year, nearly 400,000 healthy and treatable cats and dogs were killed in U.S. shelters. Saved Paws is organizing a nationwide awareness campaign in which celebrities, businesses and influencers post the same short video on January 2, 2027 (the "Launch Date"). The video is produced for Saved Paws by Gio Toninelo of Rocket House Pictures.

2. Confidential materials. Before the Launch Date, Saved Paws will share with Participant the campaign video, drafts, captions, graphics and campaign plans (together, the "Materials").

3. Keep it private until launch. Participant will not post, share, describe or otherwise release the Materials, or the fact that the video is coming, before 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time on the Launch Date. Participant may share the Materials only with their own staff, managers or agents who need them to prepare the post and who agree to keep them private.

4. Posting on January 2. Participant intends to post the video on the Launch Date, may add their own comments, and is encouraged to repost others who share it. Participation is voluntary. If Participant decides not to post, Participant will still keep the Materials private.

5. Permission to use the video. Saved Paws grants Participant a free, non-exclusive right to post and share the video on Participant's own channels for this campaign. Participant may resize it, crop it or add captions for each platform, but will not edit it in a way that changes its message.

6. Recognition. After the Launch Date, Saved Paws may name and tag Participant as a campaign participant, unless Participant answers No to that question in the form below.

7. No payment. No money is owed by either party under this Agreement.

8. Changes to the date. If Saved Paws postpones or cancels the launch, it will notify Participant in writing, and this Agreement will apply to the new launch date. If the video is not publicly released within 12 months of the date of this Agreement, Participant's confidentiality obligations end. If Participant withdraws, Participant will delete the Materials.
